State health department orders start of treatment without delay

The state health department has ordered all medical establishments to provide immediate treatment for high risk and symptomatic patients and their primary contacts without the delay of waiting for the positive test reports. 

This makes way to any confusion where serious patients waiting on test results/srf/BU id are denied entry into the local bed allocation system managed by local bodies and muncipals.
